Refund policy
Returns due to change of mind are not allowed. Due to the nature of items being jewellery, returns are not accepted for hygiene purposes. Refunds are only applicable for damaged goods due to courier mishandling during delivery.
Please send us pictures of the damage for us to claim from courier on your behalf.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
